Dr. Ma was absolutely amazing!! Total exemplary work. She used the wand bc I really hate needles and there was no pain at all! I didn’t even realize she numbed the area until it was done. She explained everything and took her time. Previously, going to the dentist brought up a lot of fears but she relieved all of my anxiety. Very understanding, patient, and skillful; she did beautiful work. Everyone there was kind and supportive as well and I had an overall excellent experience. The Hygienist Katie went above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that I was happy and comfortable during my cleaning, she actually made me feel like a person and not just a number she showed genuine concern for me. I am very impressed by the advanced technology at Precision Digital Dental. I had a broken tooth and went to the office with uneasy mind thinking this was going to be painful and possibly need multiple visits to get it fixed. To my surprise, I got my brand new porcelain tooth within 2 hours without feeling any pain! I also learned a great deal on how to clean my teeth and maintain my gum heath at home! Recently I decided to find a dentist in the city of Bridgewater that had the best reviews online. As I discovered Precision Dentistry reviews were all excellent across many sources I scheduled a cleaning/X-ray appointment for today Wednesday September 5, 2018. I just finished up my first time experience with Dr.Ma and her very friendly oriented staff. The two accounts at the front desk assisted me as soon as I walked in the door, their touch pad computers are innovative which made the “filling out paperwork” procedure a breeze. After I was immediately called for my appointment where Dr.Ma’s dental hygienist completely made me feel welcomed and comfortable, she has the perfect work ethics for this type of work. I already plan on coming here for the next years to come. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bright happy Dentist visits everyone hopes for.
